Matt heads up the team here at Ebrook Fitness. He is a Personal Trainer who’s grown a reputation for being firm but fair in Sutton Coldfield over the last few years. Bringing his background playing rugby to his training sessions; he uses team building games to keep workouts fun and engaging. Strength, balance and agility feature heavily in Matt’s outdoor classes. You’re guaranteed to be on a high calorie burn!
One to one, Matt listens to his clients’ goals and designs a nutritional and exercise plan to ensure they are met. There’s a no-nonsense approach in the training studio; Matt knows how hard to push clients to achieve their best.
The best part of the job? Matt says it’s “Seeing my clients feeling happy in their skin.”
Kieran grew up on the football pitches around Sutton, settling most recently at Boldmere St Michael’s. He knows what it means to be a team player, and brings that to his training style.
Kieran trained as a Sports Therapist at the University of Birmingham, and brings his expertise in sports performance to his training.
Kieran enjoys helping people progress in their chosen sport, and is specialised in training them to perform to their potential.
Emily trained as an Osteopath, qualifying in 2014. Moving towards an exercise-based practice, she trained as a Pilates teacher in 2018. Emily specialises in Clinical Pilates for people who are unable to attend a normal studio Pilates class. Emily has designed Pilates based exercise programmes for patients with Osteoarthritis, upper motor neurone problems such as Parkinson’s Disease, and ladies with post-partum diastasis recti.
